"Here is the list:. 1. Owner is super nice and polite. 2. We came in february (weather conditions were less than 10 degrees outside) with our son and owner had everything prepared and heated up apartment, kudos to that. 3. Hygiene is perfect, kitchen, bathroom, living/sleeping room. 4. There is 55 inch tv !!! . 5. Apartment is full of equipment that one family needs for weekend. 6. Bathroom is brand new and is filled up with all accessories, nothing is missing from body shower till towels, everything sorted perfectly. 7. And last but not the least, location is perfect, 50 m or two streets from Riva, and I think in summer it is perfect cause it is inside the walla and it is hidden from the sun"
